PORTABLE CHILL
A 4-week online meditation series for beginners in August, attuned to late summer (and no excuses to skip ;). Each week we will gather on call exploring breath and visualisation techniques, plus a materials to revisit in your own time. A space to slow down and cultivate a new habit as we move into autumn. Privates are tuned to your needs — developing your personal practice, learning meditation and breath work, restorative practices with physical adjustments and touch, or teaching mentorship. Sessions are one-on-one, online or in person. Reach out over email.
